The plans came from an Australian web site and I have about 150 shop hours and 400 in materials invested but I have also learned a lot in the process.

Of course the idea with bottom sharpening is remove enough off the bottom to get to a fresh bit of side, but lobbing off 12 with a zip cutter then tuning up the end seemed wasteful.

A collet is the most basic tool holder available. You will need to match the collet size to your end mill shank and the collet taper to your mill. In my case, the mini mill has an R8 taper.

Whats missing is the base with the tilt lever to move the end mill to and from the wheel. The original collets have been replaced by 150 worth of precision bushings which is what Id sell it for. The air spindle seems to work well.
